Great atmosphere when people got to try Cenli for the first time

This week, a large number of interested people turned up to hear more about Cenli and to try a Cenli session for themselves. It was an evening with a lot of interesting knowledge sharing from Professor Alexander Olsen, and a pleasant conversation led by the always refreshing Cecilie Ramona Kåss Furuseth.
- Professor of Neuropsychology, Alexander Olsen, explained what an overactive nervous system does to the body and quality of life. In our modern everyday life, we are exposed to an overwhelming amount of sensory impressions, stressors, expectations and stimuli. As a result, many of us walk around with an overactive nervous system. With Cenli, we have for the first time a well-documented method for calming the nervous system, which can be performed at home on the sofa.
- Many ask us if Cenli is only for those who have specific ailments, or if it is for everyone. The answer is that everyone can benefit from a calm nervous system. Regardless of whether you have small or large challenges in everyday life, it is of great value to build a robust and calm nervous system.
- Cecilie Kåss Furuseth pointed out something many have been wondering about, namely whether Cenli only works there and then, or whether it has a long-term effect. Here, the answer is fortunately both. Cenli has both a calming effect during the session itself, and at the same time you train the nervous system over time to become more robust in the face of everyday challenges.
All the interest and enthusiasm in the room warmed us greatly as Cenli creators. Now we must ensure that as many people as possible know that there is finally a well-documented tool on the Norwegian market to calm the nervous system.
