Cenli

Cenli is used for 10 minutes daily to complete a biofeedback session. The app instructs you on how to do this and provides training in biofeedback and the various measurements from the sensors. The app provides you with detailed statistics from each biofeedback session with its own score and includes a knowledge bank for training and self-help.

Cenli comes with a user manual that takes you step by step through the use of the product.

Cenli is a compact and user-friendly sensor kit that measures pulse variation, skin temperature in the finger, and muscle tension in the neck. The sensors are attached with small hydrogel electrodes and connect wirelessly to the Cenli app via Bluetooth. Cenli is developed for adults over 18 years of age.
