Get to know Cenli

    A session with Cenli can be completed in just 10 minutes. Many people choose to spend longer because they find it a pleasant break.

    You start by removing the two sensors from their charging station and attaching them to your body. Attach the smaller sensor to your index finger. This measures the temperature in your fingertip as an indicator of whether you are relaxed, and your pulse variation to see how balanced your nervous system is. The larger sensor measures how tense your neck muscles are. Attach it to the large neck muscle between your shoulder and neck.

    Then simply open the Cenli app and follow the instructions there.

  • In the short and long term

    Just as you can train muscles to become stronger, you can train your nervous system to switch more easily between activity and rest. When the nervous system becomes more flexible, it also becomes easier to handle stress in everyday life. With Cenli, you can see this development over time. In the app, you get a "score" that you can see increase as your nervous system becomes better equipped to handle stress and strain.

How to use Cenli

  • Step 1: Attach the sensor to your fingertip

    One sensor is attached to the fingertip and measures heart rate variation and temperature. The measurements are displayed in real time on the mobile screen.

  • Step 2: Attach the other to the neck

    The second sensor is attached to the neck, specifically the trapezius muscle. The sensor measures voltages that are displayed on the mobile screen.

  • Step 3: Follow the measurements in the Cenli app

    Follow your heart rate variation, temperature and muscle tension on your mobile screen. Follow a breathing rate to influence the measurements. In this way, you become aware, train your attention, and activate the part of the nervous system that helps us to be relaxed.

  • Breath is your superpower

    Cenli is about stimulating the vagus nerve. This is done, among other things, with deep, calm breathing techniques. In the Cenli app, you never have to look for what to do. It reads the body's signals and guides you and your breathing. Many are surprised when they experience how invaluable our breath actually is.
