A session with Cenli can be completed in just 10 minutes. Many choose to spend longer because they find it a pleasant break.
You start by taking the two sensors out of their charging station and attaching them to the body. Attach the smallest sensor to your index finger. This measures temperature in the fingertip and pulse variation. The larger sensor measures how tense the neck muscles are. You attach it to the large neck muscle between the shoulder and neck.
Then you just go into the Cenli app and follow the instructions there. -
In the short and long term
Just as you can train muscles to become stronger, you can train your nervous system to switch more easily between activity and rest. When the nervous system becomes more flexible, it also becomes easier to handle stress in everyday life. With Cenli, you can see this development over time. In the app, you get a "score" that you can see increase as your nervous system becomes better equipped to handle stress and strain.

Breath is your superpower
Cenli is about stimulating the vagus nerve. This is done, among other things, with deep, calm breathing techniques. In the Cenli app, you never have to look for what to do. It reads the body's signals and guides you and your breathing. Many are surprised when they experience how invaluable our breath actually is.
