🍁 Do you have a plan for the fall darkness? 

Autumn is peak season for tense nerves. The days are shorter, we spend more time on the couch and have fewer outdoor activities. But with a good plan and the right tools, we can emerge stronger from the cold season. Remember that there's a lot to like about fall too. Enjoying your favorite TV series with a clear conscience is something everyone deserves! 

🧠 Headaches and migraines

Everyone who suffers from headaches or migraines has very different experiences. Many experience seasonal variations. The reason for this is complex. Some find that the weather and air pressure can be the cause of the seasonal variation, others link it to increased stress at this time of year. What we do know is that building a calm and robust nervous system is a good investment.

😮 Insomnia

Many of us store up worries and stressors throughout the day and start to feel them in the evening. Perhaps it's so hectic and busy during the day that we don't have time to feel them, but then our nervous system reacts when the evening comes.
